Strong Breasted One

Seating on my breast-feeding chair, not exactly sure of how this will read or sound; but one thing is certain, I was instructed to write on this topic ‘The Strong Breasted One.

Before I proceed, let’s take a step back to the third quarter in 2025, when the lyrics of a beautiful song struck a special place in my heart. The Greatest Lord by Loveworld Singers. It was after listening to this song, the name ‘Strong Breasted One’ was imprinted in my spirit.

WHO IS THE STRONG BREASTED ONE

First let’s establish the function of a breast. The primary function of the breast is to produce and discharge milk for nourishment.

"The Strong Breasted One" refers to the Hebrew name for God, ’El Shaddai’, which connotes God has unlimited power, he nurtures and gives abundant provision. This implies, He can nourish everyone simultaneously without exhaustion. He is the nourisher that never runs dry. He doesn’t need to take food to help him lactate /make the nourishing milk flow better. There is more than enough supplier for everyone.

The name El Shaddai or The Strong Breasted one, emphasizes God's sufficiency, fruitfulness, and motherly care, often translated as "God Almighty". He is also connoted to be the source of limitless supply and support.

 

BENEFITS OF SERVING THE STRONG BREASTED ONE

Whenever you call on the name El Shaddai, take a deep breath, smile and be reminded of the wonderful multidimensional characters/qualities of God (Selah).

1. El Shaddai/ God Almighty- “Genesis 17:1 (KJV/NIV): "And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God [El Shaddai]; walk before me and be thou perfect." This was El Shaddai’s first appearance to Abraham, in this verse, God declares Himself to Abraham as God Almighty/ El Shaddai, work with God and he will give you the grace to be perfect. 

2. El Shaddai/Fruitful/Blessing- “Genesis 28:3 (NIV): "May God Almighty [El Shaddai] bless you and make you fruitful and increase your numbers until you become a community of peoples." This verse speaks to God’s desire to make you fruitful, to bless you and multiply you. He has the capacity to efficiently meet your needs and everyone’s needs simultaneously without running dry.

3. Feminine Aspect of God to comfort, Heal & Transform: Ruth 2:12: May the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge, reward you fully for what you have done.” El Shaddai is a comforter, protector and provider. 

 I hope you call on the Strong Breasted One into every situation in your life.

If you haven’t surrendered your life to the Strong Breasted One, It’s the only wise thing to do. You don’t want to miss out on all His benefit.

“Oh Lord God, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ. Your word says, “…that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”. I believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. I believe Jesus died for me and that he was buried and raised from the dead. Right now, I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life. I receive by faith eternal life into my spirit. Thank you, Lord, for saving my soul. I now have Christ dwelling in me. I am saved, I am born again, I am a new creation. Halleluyah!

WILL YOUR ANCHOR HOLD?

A peculiar hymn has been on my mind for weeks. I don't fancy hymns, but when your parents have a baptist background, and a couple of family devotions follow with the words " Go bring the baptist hymnals in my shelf, I feel we should sing a hymn". Then we end up singing 1, 2...3 or more hymns. You've got no choice but to endure. (Lol!)

post . I felt it was a verse for a new phase which needed to be pondered on. It illustrates those who have moved on from the desperate desire to have their breakthrough and were ready to do what it takes to get their miracle. 

Here's the lyrics:

His presence and his grace

1. Rise up! Be determined to experience that change, be uncomfortable with you present status.
2. Speak what you want. Know and clearly define what you want. Don't speak mere words alone back it up with a bible verse. They say talk is cheap, but God's talk ain't cheap, its got power. 
3. Walk the talk. You've said His word. Act it.
4. Now this is the 'koko' (pataki oro). You may forget every other thing but don't forget this. Seek God's presence. In his presence comes the wisdom, power and grace to get your breakthrough.

      Seeking His presence is something you'll enjoy. Its like being in the company of a friend and doing all it takes to get to know Him/her. In his presence there are somethings He'll ask of you to do. Things like reading His word, praying, praising and/or listen to his words of wisdom, as the spirit leads. 

     Sometimes He may lead you just to pray or just keep quiet and wait for Him to speak. What he says I do and one thing I know is, I never come out of His presence without an answer.

     The answer could be 'hold on', 'take this measures' its been done. When spending time with Him, He sometimes brings to my consciousness a past or future event, then corrects, advises or prepares me for it. There are things you need to do in the spirit, for a smooth & complete manifestation of your breakthrough.

     The set time has come for God to favour you. Indeed, the set time has come. Now is the time to act, Failure to act may make you miss your breakthrough or reduce the vastness of your breakthrough. Rise Up!

      This is not just another write up, it is a summary of the principles that have worked for me over the years when I needed major and minor breakthrough, getting into school, jacking up my grades, getting a good job, financial breakthrough and more.

     I must add that from my last post, in which I illustrated, I was desperately in need of my own testimonies, I've got "one" testimony and for the rest I'll keep doing my part till it comes through.

TIRED OF THE STATUS QUO?

I've been hearing provoking testimonies but this Sundays' was the height. It made me hunger for my own testimony more than ever before.


It's time for the world to see God's hand in our lives, thus run to him. I mean we need to be the star light right? We've laboured, we've been faithful, coupled with His grace I'm certain there's much more in store for us.
