I Made Heaven Because Of You

I read today's Daily Hope with Rick Warren and I knew I had to cull this bit. 

 "Who will be in Heaven because of you?" Try answering this question. Were you able to give a positive answer? Did you have to spend a long time pondering? Well...

This weekend, a typical person will sit at home watching TV, reading the newspaper, resting, drinking or maybe relaxed spending time-out with loved ones — and totally unaware that Jesus Christ died for him and unaware of the grace that is available to him.

Pray No More! He's Heard You

As I was praying in a fellowship, there was this request which had been on my mind for a long while, so by reflex I asked God again to make it manifest. While making my second lap of prayer, God said in an emotional tone. “It’s enough. I can hear you and I have heard you. I have done what you want, move on to something else”.

Seated and having some free time, I recall a major event which recently took place that turned out extremely Great!

Great! Not because it was a major event, but because the long hours, weeks, months and year of hard and painful work, coupled with keen focus and speed turned out to be fruitful.

The result was so massive that it turned out to be way beyond expectations. It was so great that it took a while to keep up with the demands the success brought.

I've actually had it in mind to share something about the soon coming elections in Nigeria and our roles as Christians but I'm a bit conservative when it comes to politics. This post is like a preamble to what I had in mind.

I've always loved the rich lyrics of the Song ‘Mighty To Save’. So when it was sang in Church (on Sunday 12 October 2014), I was mightily blessed.

It just felt like a conversation between me and God and as a reminder that God is Mighty. He can do and undo so all I want, need and I’m trusting Him for; He is capable of doing it and doing much more.
